Allyson’s areas of expertise and special interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, caregiver stress. She has particular interest in helping individuals and care-givers cope with illness and disease progression. She is an eclectic therapist who incorporates Mindfulness, Solution-focus, Narrative, Cognitive-behavior methods, and Hypnotherapy into her work. She strives to practice with cultural humility and build collaborative, empowering relationships with her clients.
Alissa Mastell, MS

Alissa’s areas of expertise and special interest include codependency, addiction, trauma surrounding mental health and addiction, as well as communication skills including marital and parental skills. Her therapeutic approach includes the use of narrative, experiential and family systems approach to work to collaborate with clients. Alissa is currently working towards LMFT licensure.
Nohemi Weekley, MA, LMFT

Nohemi’s areas of expertise and special interest include working with individuals, families, couples, clergy/lay spiritual leaders/staff, as well as business and healthcare professionals seeking support with life transitions, stress management, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns, including communication challenges, unresolved resentments, and betrayal. Her therapeutic approach integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Couples Therapy, and Family Systems work, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Nohemi focuses on helping clients understand where they are, recognize and build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for meaningful and lasting change. Whether navigating everyday stress or healing from deeper life experiences, she provides a supportive space where clients can grow, flourish, and feel more fully engaged in their lives.

Michael’s areas of expertise and special interest include working with adolescents and adults with autism (social/communication skills), ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress management. His therapeutic approach utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness practices. Michael is also trained in EMDR. His goal is empowering clients to recognize and utilize the strengths and abilities they possess.

Stacey’s areas of expertise and special interest include working with families and children who may be in transition, having behavioral or emotional issues, anxiety, depression, AD/HD or relational difficulties. Her therapeutic approach includes play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and a strengths based, systems approach.
