Serving: Couples, Individuals, 18+

Sheila works with mood disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, and personality disorders. She has expertise in addressing substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health issues.  She has a special interest in supporting individuals who grew up with primary caregivers affected by mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and/or other concerns that led to an unstable environment. She believes in the importance of developing healthy, effective communication skills as a fundamental step toward building and maintaining positive relationships, setting and maintaining boundaries, and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. Sheila tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s individual needs. She most often integrates interventions from 12-Step facilitation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her approach is compassionate and accepting of clients wherever they are in their journey.

Makayla’s areas of expertise and special interest include behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and learning disabilities.  Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy. Makayla is currently working towards LPCC licensure.

Brittany’s areas of expertise and special interest include marriage counseling, as well as working with clients experiencing family conflict, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. She also has experience working with grief, self-esteem, and parenting skills. Her therapeutic approach includes use of Experiential Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
